A gentle yet energizing early morning yoga flow practice designed to awaken your life force energy (prana) and align your body with breath mind and spirit. Level 1-2

According to the teachings of Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga, 6:00 am is the absolute optimal time to practice yoga. At this time of the morning, the expansive energies of Air and Space which lend themselves well to the spiritual practices of yoga are beginning to give way to the grounded and building energies of Earth and Water which are supportive to the strengthening and flexibility building nature of asana. These combinations of elemental forces provide the perfect combination for an energizing yoga practice to prepare you for a successful and enlightened day

Restorative Yoga is a deeply rejuvenating yoga practice available to all levels and experience and is designed to release pent up stress and tension in the body, mind, and energy body. Each of the postures are supported by several yoga props to allow individuals to be in the “shape” of the pose for a longer duration without muscle engagement or strain. These Postures are held for a duration of 5 minutes during which time any resistance is met with slow breathing, deep release, surrender, and relaxation that moves the stretch into the denser connective tissues at the joints, fascial sheets, and subtle body energy lines (nadis). This practice is physical, yet richly inwardly focused with gentle yet profound transformational power. With guidance in the physical nature and energetics of these postures, there are opportunities for release and integration of perhaps long held physical and/or emotional traumas from the multidimensional layers of being into peaceful acceptance, forgiveness and expanded awareness. The Asana practice is followed by an extended Savasana, during which you will be guided in an insightful inner journey of Yoga Nidra (deep conscious yogic rest) with further opportunities to reside in the conscious loving awareness while clearing negative patterns of thought or action. This guided meditation establishes the consciousness in a very open, loving, compassionate state to observe, and grow wisdom through integration. 

As patterns are cleared, and wisdom deepens, individuals more readily align with their true and radiant (big “S”) SELF which dwells in a constant state of peace.  


If you plan to attend online, please have the following props available for your practice:

1 - Yoga Mat, 2 to 4 - blankets, 1 - Yoga Bolster, 2 - Yoga blocks (4” wide blocks are preferable), 1 - 10’ long Yoga Belt, 

1 - Folding Chair, 1 - Eye Pillow

Private Yoga:Receive individualized yoga instruction tailored to your needs.  You are encouraged to make an 6 week commitment to these sessions during which you will be guided in yoga poses that will benefit your body, mind and spirit.  Along with the poses you will receive instruction in yogic breathing practices (pranayama), yoga lifestyle suggestions, and meditation (dharana) practices to best support your continued physical, emotional, and spiritual development.
In Office: 1 Hour/$75  6 Sessions/$425 

In Your Home:  $100  6 Sessions/$570


​Semi Private Yoga Yoga class for you and either one or two other people in your group.  individualized yoga instruction tailored to the needs of your small group.  You are encouraged to make an 6 week commitment to these sessions during which you will be guided in yoga poses that will benefit your body, mind and spirit.  Along with the poses you will receive instruction in yogic breathing practices (pranayama), yoga lifestyle suggestions, and meditation (dharana) practices to best support your continued physical, emotional, and spiritual development.
In Office: 1 Hour/$100  6 Sessions/$550

In Your Home: $125  6 Sessions/690

Initial Consultation

The initial consultation for Yoga Therapy is an in-depth session designed to bring the practices of yoga, pranayama, meditation and more to address specific imbalances, injuries, or illness in your body, mind, and/or spirit.  Therapeutic yoga involves a comprehensive history to discuss any pertinent issues, as well as current or past injuries that are affecting your overall health and well-being.   I will observe you in several beginning yoga poses and after careful review of how these poses are expressed in your body along with reviewing your health history, I develop a specialized yoga program designed specifically for you to practice at home for your particular healing goals.  

90 minute Initial Consultation/$145 


Follow Up Visits
We will then meet again for a follow up visit to guide you through  your individualized yoga program.  At that time any adjustments that need to be made in the plan will be discussed and outlined.
